You decide when to connect
OtterGuard VPN establishes a connection through Android VpnService after you approve Android's authorization request. You may disconnect whenever you choose, and you can withdraw VPN authorization through Android settings.
Use the service responsibly
Follow applicable law and respect other people's rights. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, distributing malicious software, unauthorized access or deliberate disruption of networks. You remain responsible for your activity and for observing the rules of services you access.
Allow for changes in availability
Network conditions, device compatibility, maintenance and service changes can affect performance or availability. Continuous operation and access to particular websites or content are not guaranteed. Consider these limits when deciding how to rely on the connection.
How restrictions are handled
Security concerns, legal requirements, misuse or material breaches may require limits on access. Restrictions will be reasonable and proportionate to the issue. Where practical and lawful, notice and an opportunity to address the problem will be provided.
Privacy and legal rights
Read the Privacy Policy for information about processing and your choices. Liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected, and liability that cannot legally be excluded is preserved.
